I loved my meal. It tasted like home cooked meal. Absolute value for money, my husband and I ate, took away some food too and had drinks for R200. I wanted to have a long Island ice tea but it costs R69 and my meal was R77 so I went against the alcoholic drink and had a coke zero instead and hubby had a drought at a reasonable price.

Friendly staff, clean place and overall good ambiance.

Had a terrific experience here, firstly I was assigned an untrained waitress who was somehow out of reach the entire time. Cocktails were advertised for R46 on the menu provided and I was only told the prices have escalated, I asked to see the manager by the name of George and he said those menus should not have been on the table they are merely for advertisement. As a loyal customer I raised the notion of the consumer Act and he simply stated I'm not the first to encounter such a problem and he took the menus away but because I desperately wanted something to drink I ended up paying R55 for a cocktail advertised at R46.

Food is good, service needs to be improved, for the times which I was there, I have waited for more than 45 minutes for my order and when it's ready they called out selected orders and put my food on the side while am waiting right close to the cashiers, I had to ask them for my food every time. Next time i will place the order then go somewhere and come after an hour. Please improve on the above issue.

I ordered take away meals which took me about 5 mins by the till point because the cashier didn't know a Beef Trinchado luckily a waiter overhead the conversation and assisted me further. I also wanted Beef Prego Steak Roll with extra cheese, bacon and egg. Waiter explained they didn't sell bacon in the store - quite understandable but the manager kept being very casual with the waiter as if the customer in front of them did not exist. I was then told there were no eggs... but I had a feeling that they were just refusing to make them. I received my order, I discovered there was no portuguese roll. I found the first cashier by the counter. She told she didn't take my order... I assumed it wasn't her fault. My partner was already fed up by the guest experience we had, then we decided to go home. Food was just okay. The lights went off whilst I was in the bathroom. Could the owner please jack up this store... we can't keep on blaming the area because of bad service we having in the shop.

I have order before never encountered any problems but just got my order now and it was missing , was asking the delivery guy and he said he never got the juice and he left ????I ordered the family’s meal ( chicken) which cost more than 300 only to get my order missing. And it’s not the first time I ordered their chicken livers with pap but never got the pap and tried to call their number no one ever answered ., but I continued to order because the food is amazing

Waiters need to be trained (customer service, product knowledge and communication skills) , alot of "I don't knows" instead of "let me check for you", other people would've just up and left but my boyfriend enjoys the cocktails so much and insisted we stay.

Service was good, food delicious as always, but my car somehow got jammed at their kerbside parking and my entire boot filled with valuables and christmas shopping was wiped clean :-( P.S. i did check that the car was locked before walking into the outlet. Be extra vigilant when you go there and make sure that your boot is also locked.
