I requested well-done grilled chicken, the chicken I got it was not even grilled as like it came out from the oven Nd basted... Better than if I just cooked it at home .. I haven't enjoy it at all

Their service was very poor.... They don't really take orders from customers serious, they just drag their feet and play around at the back whilst people are waiting for orders, there was 1 cashier handling both in store and online orders... Meaning we had to wait while she is busy with online orders, then she gets our orders wrong ????????????????????????

Ordered chicken livers and pap and 30mins later i went to ask for refund cz i was not getting my order.if ever there was a problem in the kitchen the lady who was a cashier who goes by the name Rebecca should have made it clear that there was a problem in the kitchen if there was but no she didn't even bother explaining why was the food taking long,she just refunded us..they only take online orders seriously ,as for walkins they dont care,im honestly disappointed ..

Pap and relish were cold. Hobos kept on asking us for food and money while We were eating ????. One of them even touched my food ????. I mean why allow hobos in the restaurant?!.

I received a coke instead of an iron brew with my meal, but I didn't mind. Then I found a fingernail in my food. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be buying here again.

I went to Galito's Sunnyside today and the service I got from the waitress was horrible. That will be my last time setting foot in that place. Maybe that's why the place is always empty regardless of the tasty food they sell.
