5 star people 5 star service very friendly staff I want to mention something about the some of people now days they are going around and asking people for free stuff otherwise they will leave bad reviews on business so please don't believe bad reviews u must go and try out ur self then decide owner is great person and his son Mr Ryan is another great person he goes out of his way to accommodate u

Nice quiet gym compared to planet fitness or virgin active. Everything you need to exercise. Older equipment. Showers not that nice.

Trained there a while ago.unfortunately moved and had to change gyms.But definitely going back there soon.best gym in Pretoria.very neat old school gym.friendly staff and no waiting for equipment.one big happy family!!!see you guys soon!!!!
