Stayed there on new years eve. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was also friendly the only issue was the air-conditioning in the room didnt work and the water was cold. Otherwise the breakfast was well prepared. Enjoyed our stay would definitely go back

Upon booking out, the staff member came out of her room (next to the kitchen) wearing only a towel. Our booking payment didn't go through via internet (which we were unaware of), she shouted at us for not having paid and refused to talk to us in clearing out the situation. If she'd handle the situation better, it would've made a world of difference. I still have voice recordings of her shouting at us and chasing us away because of a minor misunderstanding.

Clean, neat and going more than extra mile staff. Best ever!!! Came as guest and left as family. Nothing is too much to ask from most awesome staff.
Will recommend to anyone!!! Never experienced such empathy and thoughtfulness. Ever.

What a gorgeous guest house. I’ve stayed in five star hotels and Agnes is better than any of them. Her boss is lucky to have her. Best hospitality by far

I would recommended anyone to go there. Comfortable beds, clean fresh bedding, clean rooms. Excellent reception from Agnes. Absolute value for money. I will definitely be back

Itching bites like flea bites
No toilet paper.
No aircon
No propper towels
Dstv wasnt set up

Extremely dissapointed.
