Friendly staff, quick and very helpful. I asked to recommend a burger and they politely recommended a surprise burger. Although the surprise burgers seems like all is the same burger since we got 2 of the same once, it was still delicious and very saucy. They have taken away their jalapeno sauce they used to sell separate which was a nice thing on the side. I would recommend to bring it back. Overall even though the place was empty inside they still got my order wrong, but they fixed it as quick as i got my food. Their bottomless cold drinks are closed off which is a shame but i guess they have their reasons. The seating is very little, mostly standing places, i assume its covid rules. I would return here again as the staff was very friendly.

This is by far the worst service that I have experienced ever. I ordered a R110 meal for two ended up paying R153,90.The person I ordered from was very absent minded he at first said we can't order this meal then he changed his story and asked if we had a voucher which we did. Then he got the burgers wrong and had excuses saying whe can only order a Big King and a Wopper 5min later he said we can order a chicken sandwich and a wopper. Eventually he got the order right. When we stopped at the next window to get our food the lady gave us the most rude attitude she didn't greet us at all. We couldn't hear what se said and got even worse attitude from her. I wouldn't advice people to order from this branch.

This is the worst example of a burger King. Waited 10min at the order station before the staff could place my order, then when I got the food it was cold already, absolutely nothing to enjoy and frankly just won't visit in burger King for a long time. This is the second bad experience at the same burger King.

The cheeseburgers ordered by me should contain at least two slices of pickle, and there was not a single one.

So, I decided to go back, and return the burgers demanding a refund.
I would not like the pickles to be added, because a few days ago I saw a female whose skin was pigmented by MFSD12 gene spitting into batter in Chick-fil, Arkansas, and I am fearing that this might not be an isolated incident.
Then, I noticed I didn't get the bill.
I paid by card so I've got a proof of purchaase.
My bill was in Burger King (why?), and thanks to that I got my money back.

Horrible, slow and useless. Wish I could give less stars. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We waited ages for our order and it was wrong. The toilets were dirty. I wil not go back there under any circumstances they can shove their food and horrible service somewhere.

Ordered food. And didn't even receive all of the food ordered. If i can give them a minus 100 i would. THE WORST BK EVER. DISAPPOINTING. Worst place ever
