I have been to Cappuccino's twice. The first time I went there I had a banana milkshake, which I think is the best banana milkshake I've ever had.

The second time we went there as a group of +10 people for my friend's birthday.
The staff was amazingly friendly and they helped us prepare the surprise without any fuss.

The food was exquisite, the wait was incredibly short knowing we had ordered so much food, the waiters were really helpful and attended to all our needs, and the portions were really good.

There was a man, I assume it was the manager, who would clap his hands quite often, and that was a bit distracting ???? but I do understand it's a code with all the other waiters, although I'd suggest something more subtle.

Loved the ice cream too, except the green syrup-like liquid, which I think was mint, I was so full I could not even finish it.

Marvelous portion sizes, quite impressive. Prepared in a very tasty manner. The ambience is high-end café, with booth seating on offer as well. There is a good selection on offer on the menu, with something available for all tastes. Service is really good, not lacking in any way. The only serious complaint I have is the pricing of the items on offer. Compared to other comparable restaurants it is really rather exorbitant. Other than that it was a good experience, but as far as budget is concerned it is definitely a major deterrent and I am really not sure if I would call again.

First off the food is delicious-especially the fried mushroom starter- but to get the food to you is another story. We waited about 45 to 50 minutes for 2 pizzas which for me is a bit long.

Also the waiters do not regularly check up on you so we had to try and get their attention. It is a bit pricey as well. Not a good restaurant for the middle of the month

The vibe and decor on the other hand is relaxed, modern and generally pleasing. ????

The resteaurant is not bad however if you do not like being cold stay away from the eating section with alot of windows. The view is very nice. Another good thing about them is that there are gas heaters in the colder sections of the restaurant so somehow they also try to accommodate you. The food is very good...had a chicken snitzel for a starter....couldn't finish the meal because their portion sizes are huge. So believe me when I say you get what you paid for. Either than that I will visit the restaurant in summer...never in winter.

Beautiful setting inside of Menlyn Shopping Centre. The service was okay but not good as our drinks order got mixed up and after the meal another order was forgotton. We ordered 3 dishes, one South African breakfast (5/5), Avo and Bacon burger (5/5), Avo toasted sandwich (3/5). Avo sandwich was completely cold (even the chips).

My now husband went on a breakfast date a few years ago, and coming back to a beautiful revamp always enjoy Cappuccinos. The staff are so friendly and attentive. You feel like you have a private waiter only serving you. It's always a favorite for us when we are in Pretoria. By the way we drove all the way from Sunninghill for a breakfast, as everything is always up to standard.

Inside Menlyn Mall on the top floor at the food court. Lovely views, friendly staff and deliciously sinful food. Caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menu has variety such as pizza, pasta, grills and seafood. Would not reccomend if you have young kids ie no playground etc..
