The service was very good but the food is bad - chips is still hard/raw no basting on the eisbeinand the eisbein is under cooked. I ask for honey mustert sous and i get normal mustert.

Annoyed for the meal received this evening, I ordered a takeaway meaty basket but when I got home it looks like I ordered chips basket and the lettuce looked like it was lying outside for a weak

The service is very good. The waiting staff always greets you with a smile. The food is very tasty. Their portions are huge and not expensive at all. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Pathetic excuse of a poorly presented hamburger served cold on an old bun. I ate it to experience the full impact of decline in quality and service. Stay away. There are better places more deserving of your money

Amazing food, the Beef curry is well worth a try and definitely value for money.

Staff is friendly and definitely needs more credit, braving the cold and helping their customers with a wide smile.

Be advised park in the dedicated area close to the window for speedy assistance.

Such a pathetic service. The waiters were NOT friendly AT ALL! We waited over an hour in this heat but was clearly sold a left over chicken from the previous day which was so cold, dry, chewy and we couldn't finish it. We have been to the other franchises and they're the complete opposite of what we experienced today. We clearly wasted our time and money. It's terrible. We are NEVER going back there again. Their service stinks.
