I am not satisfied at all with the service I am receiving from Safari Now during this pandemic. Me and my family made a booking for a trip in December and we had decided to cancel the booking. When we call the Contact Centre we are told to send emails. It is now the month of June and we have been sending emails since March already. Very displeased, because now the venue where we booked are also giving us the run around for our refund. No one at Safari now has sent any response, even on facebook when you write to them.
