We ordered from their delivery once and the driver was late and could also not find our place. I see many complaints about this, nonetheless we continued ordering here via Mr D. and after today I think we are never ordering here again. I started wrenching after the first bite, something on our Godfather (the pizza we usually order) was extremely off and it STINKS! Like it literally also smells off! I am throwing this whole Pizza away, what a waste of money!

[10:47 PM, 12/21/2019] Jason Grant Sa: Upon ordering 4 pizza for delivery at 18.25 pm 21/12/2019 the driver for delivery only showed up at 19.20 pm . So 55 min later waiting for the driver that could not find the property (we are only a km away) their card facility did not work . We tried doing payment 4 times on the faulty card machine. After talking to the “owner” of the store that is very rude and does not accept responsibility of their late delivery and faulty speedpoint, I had to drive to the store to do payment . Upon arrival at the store the owner did not seem to be willing to accept the fault or to defuse the situation, instead we were met with rude comebacks and poor excuses and kept on interrupting me while i was talking. Never in my life have i been spoken to so poorly by anyone especially an owner of a business who I as a client support their business. This is not the first incident with this store. To my surprise when i double checked my bank statement the first payment did go through so i was double charged . The service i have received from this store is by far the worst treatment i have had . Customer Is king and without customers in these tough times service should be their first priority.

Well firstly i would employ a manager/owner that doesn't speak back to dissatisfied clients. Super disrespectful and attacking after we have spent over 1400 there in 3 weeks. Clients are king these days as times are tough and to not accept any fault in an issue that was clearly the stores fault is disgusting. This franchise should be taken away and given to someone that gives a F*#@

We ate the sparerib, carnivore, and chicken with mushrooms today. The first two were very nice. But we couldnt eat the chicken pizza. Really not good, terrible taste and very dry.

Service was terrible. Why only start making your pizza only after person before you got his order. They dont listen to you when you give your order. Website says they make subs but they say they dont. But its on the menu both infront on the counter and on above display. Horrible horrible service

Excellent service, the pizza was great especially the God Father. My family and I loved it.

Pizza Perfect is one of those places where you just have to taste their pizzas, it is goooood! Wood fired, made with care and bursting of flavour.
