Hands on owner managed. Well organised. Great at resolving issues. Stayd there a couple of times, from their basic to the luxury units. Luxury units a must stay.

The establishment was super good and the room was exactly what I expected.

But I was disappointed with a number of things, on Saturday we checked in just before 15:00 and shortly after check in I needed a coockscrew and called reception but no response and I realized later that reception closes early on Saturdays.

At about 17:00 I then saw some 1 opening the dining hall which meant she was from the establishment, I went to see and I had to somehow be there for some good minutes to be recognized and eventually got an unworking screw.

Lastly there is a animal policy but there were a number of unleashed dogs that kept on barking almost every time I walked out of the room in the evening.

I enjoyed staying with my wife for 2 nights, it is a very beautiful place to relax and enjoy (Pieter Mashudu Maphega)

Very average stay over. Kettle and fridge. That's it. Prices does not necessarily reflect the standard. Great place to stay if you have business in central, east, west and northern Pretoria. Very centrally situated. Security reasonable.

Great lodge. Lovely food choices (breakfast). Very beautiful rooms. The only down side is that the room I occupied (Zen 5) is right next to an annoyingly loud gutter. Otherwise I loved my stay, the manager is very kind.
