Great range and almost everything one could hope to find. It was good to notice the growing range of craft products. Great idea to have a "coffee shop" inside now. Pancakes for R7 and more.... I stand corrected but I only noticed one parking for the lesser abled. I do however think it may be very difficult for a disabled person in a wheelchair to enjoy the store to its full due to the multi-level building and stairs. Regardless a very easy pick for a one stop hardware store.

Great Online Ordering Process - We placed an order via the website, our order was delivered to George Western Cape within 2 working days. We were updated throughout the entire delivery process, it was wonderful to receive such efficient service delivery, keep up the good work.

The staff in all departments are super friendly and helpful, except in the gardening section. Everytime I buy plants there, they die within 2 weeks.

Also, the pickup yards drive-in has very large speed bumps that damages your car if it's not a bakkie.

Not the best of experiences in this store.

Love the garden section. Nice variety that you dont expect at a "hardware store". In the store it self, you mostly find what you were looking for. Lovely small craft section as well.

Convenient one stop hardware with a gardening section. On the plus side, its located in an area where you dont feel like you need a bodyguard, and with no one pestering you in the parking lot- unlike other larger hardware stores in the general area

Staff is VERY friendly it's kind of overwhelming at first. Around every corner someone asks if you need help - although I appreciate the assistance, because my DIY skills are limited - but what slightly irritates me is that I often enjoy just browsing through everything - jogging my mind as to what I might need and having someone consistently asking if you need help makes it a little unpleasant just browsing. Otherwise great place!

The oldest hardware shop with a modern outlook and cater for every one's hardware needs.
Good coffee and a snack and they didn't forget our dogs and cats.
Even a nice space for our enthusiastic gardeners.
