We had a youth conference in PTA. We travelled with 2 x kids (5 u0026 2 years old) and were accommodate accordingly.
We will definitely book them again for our next conference.

Terrible experience. Owner was very rude and was drinking. Guest house looked like n a building site. Did not have a room booked out that accommodated my child. When we requested the room with the bunk bed as discussed when I did the enquiry, he accused me of not booking for my 7 year old child and accused my husband of disrespecting his wife and accused my husband of being drunk...after he drove 5 hours with his wife and child in the car? When I stated that I have call record on my phone I can play back our conversation he said maybe he had a couple for beers when I booked. What? Worst experience we ever had! I've been in the hospitality business for 19 years and would never treat guests the way they did. He just kept on with his attack against us. Even after I tried to speak to him like respectable human beinings. Needless to say we did not stay. We booked for 3 nights and a possible 4th. My husband needed to be in the area for a workshop training. We travelled with him as it was school holidays.

TV services are pathetic, only tv 2,1x sport,e tv and sometimes mnet when you lucky at R850 a night bed and breakfast you should expect at least Netflix or other channels,

I loved the landscaping, the water flowing giving that beautiful soothing vibes and calmness. The staff was very accommodating. Peaceful guesthouse, did not feel like I was still in Pretoria. Loved the place ????????. Room 10 is the best, I really enjoyed it when I was eventually moved there.

As for room 4, they need to get rid of it, it is small, dark, doesn't have natural light, feels clustered.

I booked this place not knowing that it will steal my heart. I was attending my best friend's wedding, yhoo the lady of the house is soo welcoming and warm hearted. She understood our needs and we enjoyed our stay and the wedding. Wait did I tell you guys that we even hosted our small party after the reception at this place. They have the most beautiful indoor braai area. Oppo Hoek staff is also the best, they kept our rooms clean the entire stay.
