What a nice experience! Employees are so friendly, proffesional and knowledgeable and do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and ensure they explain to you the procedures they doing and what will happen next.

Thank you Club Surgical Centre and team for making this the most comfortable day for my mom and our family. This was really a great experience!

Ridiculous rule that only one parent per patient is allowed in with a child who goes for surgery. It's not just traumatic for the child but also for the parents. We were told this is not a Covid rule but a general clinic rule. This is not in the best interest of the patient. All other hospitals we've been to with our child did not have this rule and it was never a problem.
The building and facility may be beautiful and the care may be good here (not significantly better than others), but it does not outweigh this outrageous rule. I highly recommend rather going to a different day clinic or hospital in order to be with your child. They will never see us again.

Wonderful experience, thanks to Dr Prins and all involved. Felt like I was checking in at a 5 star hotel, all of the staff was super friendly and made me feel safe and relaxed. Best day hospital experience of my life.

The facility is first class and staff efficient and professional, BUT waiting from 7am to 11am scheduled for 9am ie for 4 hours for my procedure ie colonoscopy and gastroscopy was not acceptable at this quality of facility! At around 09.30am in the day ward I was told Dr is running an hour late and I will go into theater at 10am. Then at around 10.30am I buzed to enquire also as I was not feeling well given Diabetes 2 status (informed them beforehand) having gut detoxed for 24hrs and last food a cup of soup 8pm night before! While my stats were checked I still only got into theater by 11am with a drip on. Dr came but NOT even an apology for the delay. All was then done by 12am when I came round from sedation and recovered quickly. While I really want to complement all the staff and medical support in general, I did not appreciate waiting 4 hours for a one hour procedure! Sorry but for this type of procedure rather go somewhere else!

Thank you Dr Kock and staff of the Club Surgical Centre for the most amazing experience any parent could wish for when their child needs an adenotonsillectomy. We are so fortunate to be able to have crossed paths with all of you. From the security guard right up to the administrative staff, nurses and doctors, we could not recommend you more. Thanks for taking care of all of us. I wish we could give 100 stars.
