Very good, attentive and nonintrusive service of the waitor named Basin. Also he knows the menu quite well, and can advise on it. Some dietary adjustments (no dairy) were not a problem. Their coffee cocktail Bombardino was superb! (decorated by me, so don't expect a heart on it). The soft, juicy, perfectly done pork rib eye is highly recommended.

Well well well. After a very mixed bag of past experiences, Life Grand Cafe seems to have cleaned up their act. I had the biltong sirloin and it was truly exceptional. The staff are friendly and attentive - albeit a little slow on the service side, but not enough to be upsetting - and it’s been a lovely experience.

The atmosphere is lovely, it’s the most beautiful of the Life Grand Cafes in Gauteng, and the location is really great. With the Club being expanded, this is going to be the centrepiece of this whole big development, and it’s really becoming a deserving establishment for that title. It might just become my destination of choice for a relaxed weekend lunch where I can take it slow and just enjoy myself.

Is Beluga still here? I’ll have to take a look.

Brilliant Biltong and Brie Sirloin Steak. Immaculately prepared with intense flavour. I really enjoyed the ambiance and friendliness of the staff. The manager also paid us a visit at the table to enquire about the experience. Overall a great place.

Average food, service is great... They need to work on getting their food on the same league as their prices... And weak cocktails with high prices too...
