Main door broken down, the place is no longer operating.
Down stairs where it was a reception before it's now a general dealer shop. Shot to say the place is closed down

Its a self catering place but it needs to be furnished desperately. I had no water for few days when i stayed at the hotel and according to the staff the owners told them to tell us to purchase our own water. A Muslim female manager had an attitude and was very sarcastic and not helpful.

I've never been up to the rooms, but as for the food? Delicious. ???? The layout is open plan so the restaurant naturally flows into the breakfast bar and lobby as well as sitting area... I love it.

Good for business people, entrepreneurs and so on, very big hotel with free Wifi for customers, got great both from the inside and outside. Has reasonable pricing, and laundry services are available, they have conference rooms am not sure how much it can occupy but its big. There's also a bar should you want to buy some.

Not 3 star accommodation. We had a self catering unit- microwave and fridge not working. Fridge leaking so in the morning water all over the flood. Babies food could not be stored and bottles not sterilized. We booked for two nights and wanted to check out after one night - the owner does not do refunds. Will not highly recommend it.

I'm very disappointed with staff at reception I booked in all the way from Lesotho and company supports the hotel all the time, I left my nightwear in my room and followed up with the call to check, the lady I spoke to confirmed finding my clothes and said she will keep it safe. When I sent my causin to fetch it i was told they saw it but suddenly no where to be found. It's very unfortunate that someone took it from reception or storage.

They promised to contact us if they find it..I'm hopeless.
They should also add more towels.

The worst service I have ever received.
Receptionist (Nomhle, I think that was her name) the most rude person I have ever encountered.

It's shameful that a hotel puts someone like that as the face of their establishment. She was swearing at me and my partner, yelling, and being impatient

Honestly I was disappointed, disgusted by her behavior.

Would not recommend this place to anyone
