My daughter had to be admitted suddenly and I was terrified because I could see how the hospital looked. For a private hospital I must say this hospital looks disgusting. My daughter is 11 but she stayed in the Peadiatric ward. How do you have one bathroom for an entire floor? The food is equally not appetizing PLEASE CHANGE YOUR MENU AND CHEF WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT patients need proper wholesome food not that disgusting unhealthy unappealing food???????? During her stay there was no water to flush or drink. They told us it was a municipality problem.

Unfortunately I didn't have a choice and my daughter had to be admitted. There's no tea time for the mums or any water in jugs like other private hospitals to keep kids and/or parent/s hydrated. What a disappointment really I'm disappointed and shocked at the way this hospital looks and the food that was given to patients in 2022. LOUIS PASTEUR PLEASE DO BETTER

My daughter was admitted in the 4th floor ward, very bad service, I asked for an extra blanket for her but the nurse didn't even bother to put it on her bed, and the bed linen was not clean at all. I asked for a Wi-Fi code for her so that I can communicate with her her but they said the vouchers were finished till the last day she was discharged. I had to wait for the TTO script for almost two hours until I asked them what's happening, that's when they started following up with the pharmacy, very bad service indeed.

Dr OR mokoena is such a wonderful gynae. I recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and kind Gynaecologist. The maternity ward staff is so professional and friendly(Rebecca,Pheladi and the other light nurse who wears glasses and has a Sotho name).The nurses from paeds were so kind, professional and helpful. I got the best service!

One of the Best Doctors and Sisters that i have ever come across.. A special Thanks to Sister Messe. She was very helpful and takes time to explain you everything. The best hospital for Maternity. Kudos to the management for having the best doctors and sisters at the place.

The service of this hospital is at an all time low, from the admissions of patients to the nurses who give you poor service and not even care of what they talk about. Am not a professional nurse to say how they should give service. But I know that humanity is key more then anything. And this hospital has no humanity. No respect and worse for me my 1 year 6 month old daughter is the one who’s admitted.

Labour ward has excellent service gave birth to my first and recently second baby. The sisters are dedicated and took great care of me the few times I've been admitted until birth. I would like to thank the midwives. 31 March night duty I forgot her name she wears glasses and has a sesotho name. She was amazing! Rebecca, Priscilla, Harriet, Khumalo thank you so much for all your hard work. I truly appreciate it.
Maternity ward was okay could be better though thanks to sister Matlou and Dlamini and the ladies bathing and feeding th little ones.
