I wish the hotel gets a financial boost to revamp their rooms. Little things, but we understand the Covid made a huge nagative impact in this industry.

Been coming here for the last 27 years and for us it's a home away from home. Safe, secure, comfortable and close to pretty much everything. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting for short or long term. Our all time favorite in SA.

Dirty and receptionist was unable to show us a room instead making excuses. Would not recommend if you like neatness and tidness

Very poor service. The slowest and poorest of services you can ever experience is from this hotel,not pleased at all. Terrible and rude staff,also robbers! Not a place you’d want to go,choose somewhere else for your family and friends.

The staff are very friendly. 5 stars for the restaurant food. By far the best food I've eaten at a hotel. Not a lot of natural light in the rooms but they are eco friendly in that all the lights automatically switch off when you leave your suite. Rooms are very spacious, beds comfortable and there is a mini kitchen area (not just a tea and coffee station) but it's not self catering.
