An awesome space, definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
Adult Entry Fee : R25 - Worth the experience!
Friendly and helpful staff.
I would’ve personally liked more of the artworks to have a written explanation about the pieces or about the artist.
I learned a lot about South African artists and look forward to visiting the museum again!

The place needs maintenance services from the outside, honestly! ????

There's a small fee to pay (discounted when you bring your student card). ????

The museum does have variety of themes they cover but only 4 are the biggest. Out of the 4 themes only one stood out for me personally. Some of the displayed art is rather disappointing but it is still worth checking out. I'm just sharing so one wouldn't be disappointed due to high expectations.

There are sculptures and ceramics too. Oh what I really found to be cool was/ still is the art equipment/ stationery etc. With that one can refine their art using different tools or whatever....

It was really clean and well air conditioned. I came in the summer and it gets super hot in Pretoria so the refreshing cool air that hits you when you step in just gives you life! Really enjoyed the exhibition, Amazing artistic pieces on display at this museum. The staff were accommodating. For the small fee of R 25, you are taken on an artistic adventure. Unfortunately no cameras allowed in the gallery but definitely worth it if you are a lover of art

Really nice exhibitions, only R25 to get in , a good day out. Very sad to see the state of the building and the gardens though, completely neglected- shame , used to be so nice

Some gorgeous artworks in a fairly run-down building and park. The staff were exceptionally nice.
