Room Service, House Keeping u0026 Travel Service is Good, but when it comes to Wi-Fi it's very Bad, no good for 3 Star hotel.

What a pleasant surprise! The old 224 is gone and was replaced with a funky new 224. I attended a workshop and was surprised by the professional service, and spacious set up. The food was really tasty. Not a lot to choose from, but good quality. Especially the food served during breaks impressed me.

We stayed here while my mom was booked into Meulmed Mediclinic and it was honestly our home away from home. They were busy with construction at the time but everyone was so incredibly friendly towards us. From the office staff to the cleaning staff to the security guards and even the construction workers! The apartments are spotless and well decorated. They are comfortable to stay in and the managerial staff even let us buy one of the pillows to make my mom's long drive back to Durban more comfortable. All the staff went out of their way to be accommodating and ensure we had a great stay. I used the laundry room downstairs which is well equipped and also in am immaculate condition. We had the vehicle parked inside and walked to the hospital as it is around the corner. One if the employees even turned in a parcel that I had forgotten by the car at night Wand upon describing me the office staff knew exactly he was talking about. Will definitely stay their again and recommend it to everyone that needs a place to stay in Pretoria Central.
