The nightshift staff on the 3rd of September 2022 are rude, unpleasant, unprofessional and begrudgingly refused to book a room for me despite availability.

I sticked around and witnessed them booking in 2 individuals despite what they've initially stated to me

Tv's struggle to play, some rooms have water leaks, no refrigerator and microwave in the room. No tea or coffee beverages in the rooms. Most ideal for students accommodation

The rooms where okay, bed was standard and had everything other than body lotion which they no longer provide as they say .

Theres no showers and the rooms is cold. The tv wasnt working and when asked for assistant they couldn't fix it aswell

Their service was poor. Windows broken.heater not working and the staff didn't treat me well. They offered me a room with broken window and refused to give me extra blanket

I work for an international training company and trainees would need mybe a booking confirmation for them to apply for visa, so @maxim they will tell you that they don't take online booking or telephone bookings, how do you expect someone from Gambia or Kenya to book at your hotel or is your service only limited to local quest?

Very budget type. And still manages to maintain quality of hotel. Cant complain for the amount that they offer.
