It's more like a guest house whereby most bathrooms and beds don't meet hotel status. The aircons don't work, their wi-fi is weak. It needs lots of improvement

Not suitable if you want to rest, if you want proper time, and some nice quiet time. Very "noisy" specially from Thursday through to Sunday.

I only liked the DSTV channels and that they had a blanket

However Couldn't sleep because of the noise, same guests were busy going up and down and being loud throughout the whole night
Someone was supposed to manage noise in a hotel
The toilet was not clean
They gave us two small towels
They didn't have a cup nor coffee/tea making essentials in the room

The new rooms are really nice. They are clean and nicely designed. The older cheaper rooms are not great. They really need maintenance and the lighting is bad.

Peaceful sleep.
Nice and clean rooms . Safe,gated parking lot.

The fourth star is almost entirely for the staff, who are absolutely divine. The location is of course convenient, but it does mean the street noise is quite loud. Very clean and you can tell the facilities are being thoughtfully updated.

It is fine. Food is ok. They just need to sort out the water issue. There is no enough bathing water in the morning, put still water in the room refrigerator and iron in the cupboard
