To this day I still say your hospital name in my dreams. You guys are perfect your service from kitchen staff, NICU, Maternity ward, to every person you meet on the corridors I salute you. You do your best n only your best. It was my first time being admitted at a hospital and everyone was willing to help. Thank you once more ❣️

I fully understand that not everyone has the same experience, and some days are stones and some days are diamonds; however, we have thus far, really only had good, friendly, and polite service. In general I like the ambience and the place feels clean; the toilets are also clean and neat. PS. We have been to NUMEROUS hospitals, thus I believe I can give a fair review.

LATE UPDATE. Sorry, but after what was a great Admission, the rest of the Ward Service was pathetic, to say the least :-(

Okay, my wife spent again 4 nights at Meul Med. I update my rate as per this last visit. Staff friendly and caring, only the food can really improve.

I have been here since 9am, for admission in the medical ward. When my doctor called to confirm availability of the bed it was at 10. And the response, I heard the conversation; was that they are cleaning and the beds will be available soon. 3hrs20min later we get tonthe ward and are told that the beds are not ready, though we have been allocated beds already. This is my 3rd admission here, and every time since the 1st admission the service in the ward keeps deteriorating. If I didn't need this neurological intervention I would have long left for home.
This is very unprofessional and insensitive to us as patients.

Sister Didi, Lucia, Teddy, Lindi,Maggie , the hostess Aus Annah to name a few made my stay memorable, I would recommend Muelmed for any expectant mother who is still to decide on which hospital to choose!! Thank you so much to the Maternity ward staff. You are all AWESOME!!!!????

My husband, daughter and I have been admitted a number of times and the service has been nothing but excellent. Today when visiting my husband this one nurse showed me what it means to be treated like an undeserving black visitor by a white nurse. She was rude and her approach clearly showed discrimination as she addressed a black female. I can't wait for my husband to be discharged because of this disturbing discriminatory behavior by the staff member.

I cannot say one bad thing about my experience in Mediclinic Muelmed.

The hospital and its staff treated us with the most respect and went above and beyond their call of duty. They truly gave me the best Patient Experience. From walking in and being helped by the friendly face - Ivan, to being greeted and assisted by another friendly face - Rose the UAA in Surgical Ward. Then assisted and taken over by shy but very friendly, so eager and passionate Mildred and Sr Sonja that prepared us for theatre.

The Ward Hostess from Reef Catering was so friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and we were regularly asked by the hostess and nurses if we needed anything and were we still fine.

Sr Lebo that took over from PN Sonja was truly outstanding and her passion for her work shows. Then I would also like to thank Sr Colleen who came to us and greeted us, and for all her regular check in's, she is such an amazing and friendly Unit Manager and you can see her staff is well treated and truly happy. Thank you to Sr Anna-Marie (I hope that is the right name) that did my Urodynamic studies in the spinal rehab center. You are so gentle and friendly. You made the horrible test so quick, pain free, and better than the experience I had in the past with this test.

I also would like to thank the amazing theatre staff and the male SPN in theatre. You were all amazing and so friendly.

Keep up the amazing work and service.

Terrible place to go for a CT scan. The wait at the radiology reception is one but the worst is when they leave patients for up 20-30 mins at the machine alone and with no explenation. This happened to my mom twice. She could hear the ladies having chats and giggles but she had no idea what was going on. She has to go back in a few months and is absolutely refusing due to the treatment she received twice.
