Very neat and beautiful hotel, I loved it.

However the noise levels from other rooms with my time there were a bit disturbing but we managed.

I also had a problem whereby before I had breakfast in the morning, I enquired as to do I have to pay for the breakfast and I was told I did not have to pay, just after me and my partner ate the breakfast, we were called at reception to pay R360.
Honestly we would've gotten breakfast elsewhere had they told us we had to pay before we ate, it really pushed us out of budget.

. The restaurant food and service is below standard. The restaurant staff including management behave as though they are doing you a favour hwne you ask for certain services. When I called for room service, I was informed on the spot that they weren't going to offer me some. Claiming to be under staffed.

I stayed there for 2 weeks on the apartment site, my room was spacious, excellent service, cleanliness, friendly staff and to put a cherry on top we had a shuttle to and from my place of work. Highly recommended.

The only problem is parking they are too small my car got dent on the left door cos someone was opening his/her door and bump my door now I have dent cos of small parking please open the parkings on schoeman street basement they are too big

Staff and service was really great and wonderful at the hotel the only problem was that there was no hot water at all on my trip for 2 day and the bathroom was not that clean.

Stayed with a partner over the weekend.

It was a very nice place although we pre-booked an apartment but at the reception had to be down sized as they didn't have the room we already booked available anymore but other than that little issue it was nice stay
