Bought 7x take-away vetkoek at R50.00 each tonight and expected a decent meal for the family. Much to my disappointment, 4x were very hard (stale) and the remaining 3x were extremely oily.
To add insult, we had waited almost an hour, and one would expect fresh food.
Not so !! Huge disappointment!!

At first arrival we received very friendly and welcoming service. Only Ricoffy coffee or cold drink available before 10:00 and after 10:00 alcohol is served. We were a group of 16 people that came for a drive to eat breakfast here, we all placed our breakfast orders ons arrival at 09:00. Two people got their burgers first but the rest of group waiting very long for the food orders. Food came to the tables two plates at a time and our group were complaining as we were waiting 2 hours for all the food to come, by 10:50 we were still waiting. Very nice vibe and setup, stunning decor, clean restrooms, child friendly and enough space but the wait was not enjoyable at all. It seems that time management is needed in the kitchen. Food is good and well prepared.

Drinks were good. Food was disappointing. Tasteless cold stew with raw pap, my friend had tasteless steaming stew with raw pap. The kaiings was well seasoned but the oil was not quite fried out with the result that it was extremely oily.

What a nice surprise. Friendly efficient staff, although food takes a bit long to be served.

Went there to watch the rugby were told if we don't have a table they can't serve us. People were complaining about the service was also one of the reasons why they can't serve us.

Fantastic, amazing, wonderful ... need I go on? Had my 40th there recently and what a spectacular evening and event. Everything went according to plan! Sarita and her team are well organized, friendly and very helpful. They cater for your every need. Accommodation was clean, neat and comfortable. Affordable venue hire! Memories last a life time and this one will stay with me forever! Thanks Vlakvark, see you soon! Thank you again for everything!
