Hi.
I was admitted in the year 2021 for 3 weeks and I had quite the pleasant stay. The rooms were always neat and tidy, the food was really good, all the different staff members were really friendly but also strict when it came to certain things e.g. participating in the different classes made available by the clinic or making sure we would not skip appointments (which is good because it created a fair and stable environment for the patients). It is situated on a very peaceful piece of land away from the sound of cars and the urban life. I would highly recommend Zwavelstream Clinic.

What an amazing experience. Everyone here was friendly, pleasant and professional. There was a lot of respect and kindness from staff. The atmosphere was conducive to my recovery. Thank you Zwavelstream clinic.

I would definitely recommend Zwavelstream Clinic. The staff (from the cleaners and cooks to the nurses, doctors, psychologists) are incredibly helpful and friendly. The food and accommodation was superb and it is located in a very serene and peaceful area. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Great clinic. The doctors are really good and professional. The food, however was not so good. But all in all, it was a chilled experience, and they really helped me out

Great clinic. Good service and now I'm healed. I loved what Jath had to say and my psychiatrist Dr Mabaso was amazing.

4 stars because they are really good but what makes me sad is that they only take children 16+ and there are children that's younger with a really bad mental health and a lot of other places are rated 1 star. I trust zwavelstream a lot that's why I think they should take children from any ages and help them because a lot of children are looking for help and not a lot of psychiatric wards are as safe as zwavelstream and vista. I really dislike the fact that they only take children 16+ and the fact that it isn't on their page makes it worse because they are giving hope to children under the age of 16. I really wish they can change for the better. If you are under 16 I recommend akeso arcadia.

My daughter was treated badly by the kitchen staff. She is on her home right now because after 13 days at the clinic she was denied dinner for 2 days by the kitchen staff. The rating is strictly for the shabby treatment she received from non-medical staff. She has nothing but praise for her doctors
