An outing on its own. You can come gym, run on the rooftop, have a good shower and lunch after with your gym pals. The planet fitness is clean, staff friendly and helpful. Staff are continuously cleaning machines that have been used. The planet fitness design is also appealing to the eye - seems like containers that have been converted with large windows. I adore this design! During covid one needs to bring your own pool noodles, pool boards and towels when using the pool. I am unsure if the shower facilities are available during covid.

Great experience as a guest through the black tag of a member. Modern equipment and great changing room facilities. The changing rooms have combination locks built into the lockers thus no external lock was needed.

Beautiful gym with an amazing view. I love the roof top out door and has an amazing pool

A great gym with world class facilities.
I've always struggled with "gym anxiety" but the trainers and staff at the club welcome you like you're one of their own.

Been a VA client for more than 10 years and then decided to join Planet Fitness since it close to where I reside. Oh my. The aircon never works. It is a sauna in most of the training areas. Very small weight training area considering the amount of men training in peak times. Almost impossible to get any type of equipment open in peak times. Which is the only time I have available tot train. Rude customer service as well. I will be switching back to Virgin Active soon.

Worst gym ever!
They take D/O whenever the feel like.
There is no maintenance on the machines but need to pay a maintenance levy?!
Been waiting 1.5 months for a copy of my contract.
The assistant manager (Charlene) at Olympus branch told me I can cancel my contract and pay only 3 months' penalty, yet is wasn't the case. Conveniently they also cant find the recording where Charlene mis-informed me.
There is no control over their accounts / maintenance! SUPER DISAPPOINTED!
Their prices increased with 10% (where inflation is 6.4%).

5/5 for customer service. I joined recently and I must say Boitumelo is the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. He doesn't rush you to sign up until you have understood everything and are comfortable. He has made a rather annoying process very pleasant. 4/5 for the equipment,what's the point of having Netfix on the treadmills if they won't load the content...Apart from that beautiful gym enough space for everyone to breathe and do their own thing.
