This place is very big and there are least chances that you won't find what you can think of in a retail.. I got rewarded for the value of my money through products I bought.

The only concern is was one guy over 15 I spoke to who failed to test my gas heater and demonstrate how it is supposed to work which slightly inconvenienced me even though it was cheaper compared to three shops I viewed.

Pick and pay hypermarket has loads of specials.
Especially in these trying times every penny saved helps. Thanks for helping in these times.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. All items are well marked. The only issue is the store floor needs some work there are loose tiles and broken tiles that are hazardous. Otherwise a good experience.

I basically go there on a daily basis... Pick 'n Pay's prices are the cheapest and always have the products I need in stock. The staff are friendly and always helpful.

Very disappointed in the Pick n Pay Hypermarket. Definitely not what it used to be. Bought a Milk Tart which I had to return the following day. No problem as I got my money back, but a waste of very expensive petrol!! I'll definitely stick to my local Pick n Pay rather.

Ample uncovered parking.
Disability friendly. Clean. Serve many shopping needs.

Pick n pay is really starting to annoy me. Firstly, they have no more than 5 cashiers running. This even goes for end of month - so queues are unbelievably and unacceptably long. The only reason I keep coming back is because it’s a hyper market and it has good parking with 3 entrances.

Also, I miss the pnp pharmacy. With the Clicks takeover, it’s a lot busier, so queues are longer, and you can’t integrate your medical purchases with your grocery purchases as they are now ‘two separate’ companies. Worst thing is, although they say they ‘deliver’, since the takeover, they actually don’t. Every time I ask I get a ‘no’.

Navigation through the place is great, some of the staff members could get some customer service training bringing new life to the place.
