Worst ever service, I really didn't know what I was getting myself into when I agreed to rent the property... I've been in customer service for over 10 years, and I've never seen such appalling level of service... SIES MAN.... YOU GUYS ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LINE....this is not a cellphone contract.... You are dealing with electricity... I have a 2 year old baby in the house who I can't even give milk to because you won't activate my account. I just moved into my new place and 3 days now with no power...
