The budget was way more clean and spacious than expected. The owner or manager Joseph was welcoming and kind. The property was easy to find and in a great location. The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. The 1 star was in the tiny details: The shower door was broken/ missing which made showering a nightmare. The towels were torn and old. The room was cold with no extra blankets or heater. There were no shower caps or even mini soap. Our breakfast was served cold and there was no microwave.

Otherwise for the price we paid for 1 night with breakfast it was expected

Very nice and quaint guesthouse. Service was very good, but the rooms can do with a little bit of attention. Small repairs needed in places. Otherwise my stay was nice.

My stay was perfect !

- prices are low compared to nearby hotels
- they catered to my every need (even lending me a phone charger !)
- Breakfast to your room, fresh and yummy
- Room was neat, practical and clean + the bed is huge and comfortable

The location is conveniently close to Menlyn and other shops. The location is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable.

The rooms are sooo nice and neat, peaceful atmosphere and soooo comfortable. Would recommend going for the Double Room with Balcony. Definitely worth it.

We had 6 rooms booked and was very disappointed..the rooms had Cement floors...no air-conditioning...no soaps..open parking...basic breakfast..not worth the price..towels were old

It is not what they advertised on their website the place is not that fancy. The pictures are not real. First there is no swimming pool. The room we place in the fridge was not working. We tried to talk to the manager and he was very rude, arrogant and nasty to us. He never gave us customer care. The lady who showed us the room had no sort of information or interest in answering our questions. Worse part the manager said there is no refund. Not to forget the parking area is very limited. Please don't be fooled by what you see on the website unless you call and get someone whose friendly and explain everything before you book and pay. We were so disappointed and our weekend was ruined.
