What a joke! Can't buy more than 8 items, then you first have to pay. No electronic bar-code scanning - two people read the product number and then type in every item. When you get to the door, security (yes another two persons) then all of a sudden scan your purchases. Why can't they scan it from the word go?? Took my 40 minutes for a few items.

They will never see me again - the sales person was very nice, but their systems and procedures hopeless.

This store has world class service.
I was recently at this store and assisted by a salesperson called Tumelo who works for Bosch.
