Very upset to write this review. Went on 21 April 2022 for my grandmother and the hospital and staff were excellent and deserved 6 stars in fact.
Unfortunately on 5 May the receptionist had changed and we ended up with a rude intro to our day. She is rude and has no way of speaking with people and is completely unable to communicate. I would have been happy to rate 5 stars but I feel she needs to be noted before this destroys the entire hospital. She is the first impression and unfortunately leaves a sour taste in our mouths.
On a good note the rest of the visit was impeccable as always and deserves good mention. Luckily the
nurses were able to cheer us up again.
Happy to update that the matter was sorted out and the lady did apologize for her behavior. Thanks to management for helping out
