The reception ladies were very helpful and very quick. I was not quite pleased with the Dr Potgieter's service, first of all she attended to me 12 minutes later than my 08:15 appointment. During the consultation she told me I should have gone back to the podiatrist because she cannot assist me with anything. I had to keep on asking her if she is refusing to treat me even though I am a paying customer. That was uncalled for as a health care provider her priority should be to render the service and ensure that my concerns are leveled. I will never consult with her anymore!!!!

One can book an appointment with any of the doctors on line. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. The new patient process didn't take long. The reception area and doctors' rooms are immaculate. I would go back again and highly recommend this facility. There are also dentists available.

Finally had the courage to see someone about a medical issue I've struggled with and felt anxious about for months. Dr was in a bad mood and didn't listen to what I was saying and spoke down to me while I was in an emotional state. He then ended up prescribing me medication that had nothing to do with the problems I'm experiencing. When I tried to explain what was going on, he said he didn't have time. Really really soul destroying experience with zero benefits. I would not recommend it.

As usual, my experience with the Wonderboom Intercare was excellent.

Dr Pieter Snyman and his team of experts and support staff are highly recommended to all.

They are an asset to any company and you are honoured to have them.

Most horrendous experience. I took in my son for extractions as per orthodontist referral. He needed to extract 3 teeth but the Dr (Brummer) only decided to remove 1 without any explanation or being given a choice. As a patient, I have the right to make an INFORMED decision regarding the treatment. This wasn't the case here as we were treated as just another number; another mouth. He was very unprofessional throughout the whole process and no communication from his side until the end with no post-treatment instructions whatsoever. My son was left traumatised for the 1st time considering this wasn't his first ever extraction. I am very disappointed in this Dr, and i will not be returning here and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else.

What a pathetic intercare group! No complaints about service... there is no service ???? had an appointment at a certain time... why may the doctor let you wait AND we're willing to pay for this. And it's not like they are busy with a major operation....

Excelent service from dr De Wet Bergh.
Stiched up a cut in no time at all.Facility is clean.All round a great experience
