Service and drive through is not that bad, I ordered a grand chicken classic meal and I wasn’t happy with my meal, the lettuce in the burger did not look appetising. I am disappointed with the food

Yesterday( 21/06/2022) I went to the restaurant to purchase a meal for two. No one was at the counter. The personnel preparing for food at the back were conversating , looking at us without asking whether we need assistance or not. We waited for 15 minutes before we could be assisted and it was just us and one Uber easts driver. I had to call one of the guys to come assist us. I told them how bad their service was. Once we received our order we noticed that both drinks had no ice whereas we requested that only one should have i ice. The staff seems unbothered for their bad service. The service is just awful

The service was excellent food was great. The sitting area downstairs just needs a brighter type of lighting. But all in all everything is top notch ????

We were told to leave at 14:30.Wonderboom Brabch at Mayville Mall. Kids are not allowed due to Covid Rules????? Branch Manager is Peter. Very unprofessional and rude.

Love the hazelnut choc iced coffee, wish it had more of the coffee than the ice.

Drive thru very slow, waited 20 minutes for service only 6 vechiles infront of us.....what about the 2 minutes rule....it more like 20 minutes....??

This morning my husband bought 2 chicken and 2 beef burgers. The beef burgers had small amounts of crushed glass on them!!!! You will not see us again. Disgusted
