Issues with my signing up process from the get-go, had to redo 3 times... and account information was captured incorrectly.

Agreed upon contract terms from the sales team were not communicated to the gym reception... so basically I was sold something that was not allowed and that I am not allowed to use.

Membership is very expensive for the limited equipment compared to other branches.

Can't pay for a day visitation anymore if a friend or partner with an existing membership elsewhere wants to gym with you on weekends ... really REALLY bad and frustrating.

The bicycles in the studio are not properly maintained. I recently went to Virgin Active in Montana and their bikes are well maintained, was a pleasure to join a ride class there. Wonderboom moved the Wednesday ride class to 16h00, who can attend this time slot as people are still at work? I am considering to cancel my membership.

It is a nice gym. It has enough equipment to get the job done. For a Virgin Active I expected better. It is missing key machines that you would find in other Virgin Actives. It is smaller than other Virgin Actives.

Racist toward white people at this gym by the staff. People that gym here thinks they own every peace of equipment. Will sit on their phones for long times and no staff on the floor to educate the people that is supposed to exercise and make way for the next person. By far not the gym anyone would want to join.

Good gym and is open more convenient to train there and is clean all the time

Clean and very friendly staff and Trainers. They have effective classes loadshedding or not! The swimming classes came in very handy I can officially say swimming is my hobby ???? all thanks to the Swimming instructor and the team that ensures that the pool is in good condition.
