Issues with my signing up process from the get-go, had to redo 3 times... and account information was captured incorrectly.
Agreed upon contract terms from the sales team were not communicated to the gym reception... so basically I was sold something that was not allowed and that I am not allowed to use.
Membership is very expensive for the limited equipment compared to other branches.
Can't pay for a day visitation anymore if a friend or partner with an existing membership elsewhere wants to gym with you on weekends ... really REALLY bad and frustrating.
