I know Kevin all my life great people, who has been there for me and my family all my life. Can't go wrong with him if you want a personal trainer and one on one help to reach your goals.

I met Kevin yesterday after contacting him a few weeks prior. I had a session at his gym u0026 it was a great experience.
He gave me some pointers u0026 pushed me through my workout. He really put me through a gruelling session.

The gym walls has photos of great bodybuilders from the golden era as well as some great pics of Kevin himself. The gym has iconic Nautilus machines that were a real treat to train on, especially the Nautilus pullover machine! True bodybuilding gym with all you would need to get in a proper, no nonsense workout.

I had the pleasure of spending about an hour chatting with Kevin after my session whilst trying to catch my breath u0026 keep my brealfast from coming up. Told me sime great stories.
This is truly a bodybuilder's gem of a gym u0026 Kevin is a great guy to talk to.
Definitely will be back as soon as I can. Look forward to joining the gym.
