I was at KFC Midwater, in Aerorand Middelburg, their manager welcomed me with angry words without even greeting me fighting for where I was parking because I was driving a bike and mistakenly parked at their collection point then it became a big issue as I even scared to buy because of the way I have been approached. I was used to by there for my clients like over 10 meals a day. Today I realized that it's not only only kfc who sells food, very bad customer approaching

There could be no rating to a company that offers a online delivery special and then shuts it down because it is raining and not even offer you the same deal if you go to the expense to go and collect it your self. This in my opinion is falls advertising and should be taken further to a higher authority.

To this I can say that you have now finely lost another client by this act. I could not even complain without issuing a star. What the ....

Good evening please help us KFC forest hill Mall is delaying delivery order .they are tell the uber drivers to cancel the orders if they don't wanna deliver 2 orders.

I am totally disgusted by your branch in Watergken Shopping Centre. I was watching while they were preparing my order and the lady took an old order and mixed it with my new order and then just topped it up.

When I approached her she argued with me. I told her I didn't want the order and I am reporting this behaviour.

Clients, I suggest if you are driving through KFC, Chech how they are preparing your food. Especially this particular franchise.

Irene Village mall staff's attitude is very bad. I buy my food at that shop almost every day and the service gets worse every day. Seems they're being forced to work or customers are not supposed to buy from them regularly???

went to KFC Hazeldean in pretoria last night and got the worst attitude and service being told by the staff "what is wrong with you? A twister at this time" the time when I ordered was 21h30. Will be sure to spread the word to everyone not to go to that 24hr KFC. Take note it is a 24 hour KFC. Never mind the 30 minute wait for a twister, small chips and small pops. To make matters worse we recieved cold, stale food!!!!!
