great atmosphere... and the food is just amazing... this place has the best specials and the events ive been too have been fun and entertaining... 5 star recommendation.

Many young people hang out here at night. The bouncer looks a bit scary I can understand why. The bar ladies are very friendly but also way too chatty and flirty at times. When they close they close so don't expect to be served anything if you come in just before or at closing time for a last round of anything. Place looks clean, not bad but definitely attracts a very young crowd.

It's a nice pub, food's not bad. Prices are good.
Like most pubs in the area a fight might break out at some point,
but it looks like people generally take it outside.
Good place to get drunk and chat to randoms.
Done a few quiz nights in the past, well hosted and honest.
Fun spot.

Had mixed feelings about Route33. I saw on Facebook that they have a kiddies menu, so I automatically assumed that they're kids friendly. But unfortunately there is no "Non. Smoking area" except for outside where it's cold. So one can say that they are only kid friendly during the day in the summer. As for the food... the food was great. Loved it.

So I had the most infuriating experience here on Sunday.

I arrived with my friends and ordered a portion of onion rings and my friends ordered a portion of their ribs. The orders were taken only for us to be informed that it was the chef’s day off about 10 mins after we had ordered. The waiter said that he would be able to organise the onion rings but would be unable to help us with the rest of the items on the menu. I ended up waiting for over an hour for my onion rings, while the manager was going in and out of the restaurant with heaps of food for himself.

When I finally informed the manager of my discontent, I was met with hostility, a great deal of rudeness, needless to say that I was disrespected. He shouted at me from the beginning of our interaction, telling me that they were “trying” in the kitchen, but that I could cancel my order. When I told him that it was unacceptable for me to be waiting for over an hour for a portion of onion rings, he just left.

I am gravely disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the manager (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, because he was shouting at me). If you are incapable of dealing with the grievances of your customers regardless of their race and gender, then you should get out of the hospitality industry. People should not be leaving your establishment feeling disrespected and belittled on top of having not received the services that they have paid for.

AWESOME PLACE TO EXPERIENCE*** THE FOOD WAS PREPARED BY A SIGNATURE CHEF THAT WAS MOUTH WATERING DELICIOUS AND THE PRICES WAS SHOCKINGLY AFFORDABLE WITH A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLAY AREA FOR KIDDIES AND A NIGHT CLUB AT NIGHT FOR US THE STUDENTS...
