Friday evening just after 6. Good pizza. Wait was quite long at just over 30 minutes for 2 large pizzas. Place was uncomfortably noisy with lots of shouting among the staff. Most product was going out to delivery drivers. Were they getting priority over walk-ins?

After telling us it will take 10 min we waited 30 min before following up, only to be told they lost the slip and forgot about the order, we must wait another 10 min, which turned out to be 20 min anyways, almost an hour long for 2 pizza pies.

I was sooo disappointed for the 2nd time. I waited 10min to place my order in a very noisy and crowded place. I waited almost 45min to recieve my pizzas. The pizza was raw in the senter. There was just a little bit of topping, not even near the crust and the crust was burned. The pizza wasn't even cut properly. Never again. Sorry.

Today: 04 June 2022: ordered pizza: deliver within 30 min... two weeks before:May 2022-We've waiting 2 hours for divery today Jonas just said now 19h54 he will place order again we will be waiting for food then 3 hours. Very very bad service......NO Customer orientated. Our grandchildren is without food now waiting on divery 2 hours!!

Don't bother sending complaints .They don't reply only get the managers to phone you and tell you the food looks "fresh" .

Second time ordering here and Second time disappointed.

1st time I called and ordered when I sent my assistant to collect they said that someone else with the same name as me and order number already collect so I had to wait for them to make a new one!

2cnd time I ordered today I called and asked for a BBQ Base and I repeated myself 3 times I collect got home just to find it is Tomato base I will not recommend this store to anyone.

We had pick up from this branch several times during the month close to the place and we loved it. They have some vegetarian options (not a lot but some) and usually the common offers from the brand which usually come handy.
Also they now have gluten free pizza!
