Opened a gym contact with the place, that should have ended and then never ended and they kept on with their debit order. When I phoned them about it they just said that I have to go in to the gym in person to cancel the contract with a written letter stating that I want to cancel the contract.
The staff is extremely unfriendly and doesn't want to help.
I waited till the end date of the contract and stopped the debit order and was then contacted to hear that I ow them for the time I haven't paid even tho the contract ended and I phoned to stop the contract. They had no consideration to me moving away and not being able to go in to the gym.
Definitely would not recommend this place.

Horrible gym. Terrifying hygienic conditions. Broken equipment. Lazy,unprofessional and poorly managed in every way.

Basically just a waste of time and money.

After 3 years of canceling my membership they will still demand money from you and take you to debt collectors after 3 years of no contact and neglect of duty. Just to try and scam money out of you if you are not careful

*AVOID ANY DEBIT ORDERS WITH THIS PLACE*

I had a 6 month contract with them from April 2018, meaning it must end in October. I gave my letter of cancellation in October, meaning I had to wait 30 days for it to be cancelled, thus my last payment would be for November. I gave in my cancellation document, membership card and everything. Turns out that I get debitted in December and January, 2 months after my contract supposedly was cancelled. Stefen ended up loosing my papers and Julia from the offices is refusing to refund me.

*REVIEW OF THE GYM*

The gym's equipment is a bit outdated and there is a large quantity of people there, meaning that you won't neccesssarily get time to do the exercises you want. There will always be clogs of people at one machine and you will have to find something else to do. For the price of membership it is to be expected, but if you pay a little bit more for a gym like Planet Fitness, you will get better service.

It's an old gym, everything is done on paper (you need to keep tabs on your contract).

The gym doesn't have a lot of cardio or crossfit equipment, but is well equipped for weight lifting. Though many of the machines are old and do not work optimally, pins get stuck often and adjustable machines no longer adjust.
There is no air-conditioning, save for wall fans.
The swimming pool is private, though I have not used it yet, it looks slightly dodgey. Children's swimming lessons are provided here.
Aerobics classes are also offered in the afternoons, I haven't attended these so I can't comment on them.

Other than that staff are helpful and the vibe is very casual.
This gym is incredibly well-priced and you can get the job done here.

Pathetic, no other words, I joined the gym, only to realize more then half of the cardio equipment is out of order. You can request and ask for repairing but the owner just don't give a damn. For that monthly installment it is NOT WORTH IT!!!

Relatively small and very old-school. Old equipment, and sometimes slightly lacking for the likes of cardio and crossfit. For weight lifting though it is well kitted, friendly and cheap. Recommended as an alternative to your large chain gyms where shine and "feeling good" takes preference over actual work. Here you work. Hard.

Very good gym and very affordable... Stephan are the best at the counter always friendly and a ear to listen best music to work outs and all equipment are neat and clean recommended t a high rate
