The wait on the queue is always very long here. Take away shops ideally are supposed to be quick in maintaining a queue. Bad queue management. Shop not busy but the wait is usually very long until being helped by the cashiers. Food is always great

I came to that KFC at around 05h35 and wanted 2x streetwise meals and the cashier said she only have 2 pieces...

While waiting for my order a guy whp seem to know the lady there came and bought a family box meal and they gave him more than 24 pieces..????????????
.. very Apartheid going on in that KFC ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌.. I RATE IT 0% service

Bad Service. Firstly we wernt even greeted, and on a Friday night they don't have stock.. We wanted to order the variety feast and got told theres no colslaw, they will not replace it with anything either but yet must pay the full price.. The lady treated us with a big i dont give a damn attitude. Wont go back.

Very bad service!!Ordered at 20:40pm for my food and I only got it at 21:50pm. Called the customer care line and a lady by the name of Lesego told me to wait the driver is close by. Waited for 10-15mins then I called again..Lesego told me that the store manager says I was called and notified that the driver is running late. Which was a lie! Waited and the driver called with a very bad attitude, hung up on my ear. Didn't apologize or explain the situation like a sane person. His name is Hector Dama, he kept lying that he is 1 min away. Waited out in the cold..called him again and he hung up. When he finally arrived, couldn't even apologize or give me an explanation. When I asked why he took so long..he told me its not his fault the store gave him a lot of orders, with a very bad attitude. Told him I am not happy with the bad service and I will complain. He looked at me and told me I won't be the first and last to complain.
Took him approximately 1 hr 10mins and he wasn't bothered.
This is really disappointing.
Disgusting service, no respect for customers.

Surely there is no use of order number in this restuarent, your order is called by what you hv bought which is not so pleasent since every body in the store get to be informed of what I have just bought.

I liken this as an experience I once witnessed in one of a public clinic were patiant call by the names of their illiness infront of every patiant.

Its a good place to pass your time, its has a wide parking place, but no toilet available in the down stage even nothing inside the KFC. BESIDES this KFC really need some hard workers, its very shameful when kfc cashier asking you money or asking you to buying them cold drink. Management need to think twice and make them well trained.

Their chicken is always fresh and crispy but their service always sucks! There's only one person working at the till but they have a large staff number. They take their costumers for granted.
