I was not happy with the service here
My dad was booked for an operation for 6:30am and he was informed he will be the first one in theatre but to my surprise, people (white people) who arrived late were attended before us. If it was up to me I wouldn’t even give a single star. Undeserving ????????????????

Staff are disrespectful, unco-operative and not trained properly and equipment and facilities not maintained correctly. If you are searching for a hospital to die in, this is the one for you.

Our precious mother was admitted to the intensive care ward at Jacaranda Hospital in December 2020. She was ill and frail at 81 years old. Our family would like to thank the nursing staff and doctors that took such amazing care of her. She was treated with dignity and tenderness. Our questions and concerns were addressed in a professional and caring manner. Our mother passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones and a our pastor friend. For this we will always be grateful.

This is one of the worst hospitals ever! They don't care about their patients at all, you fall on a wet, slippery floor and hurt yourself? They don't care. A professional who works in their hospital insulting a patient? THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. All they care about is money. I wonder how many people got injured in the hospital and were ignored, I just wonder.
Oh and if you report it to the manager of the hospital, they'll tell you "Sorry but there's nothing we can do about it"

Remarkable stay Nov 14-17, 2021.A special word of thanks to dr A de Jongh for his impeccable work on my foot and the anestetist, dr T van Niekerk, for a perfect job. No bruises? The nursing personnel in WARD 1A is to be recommended for their friendly and professional service.Thank you!

Hi. I am currently a patient in the hospital. And want to say how extremely grateful I am to have such an great experience since I walked through the doors. Lawrence at reception is helful and extremely friendly. He really is a fantastic person. The x-ray staff are so helpful and nice. I've been help by two other private hospitals and the staff was so rude. So this was a walk in the park. And then really to all the staff in 3b I can not complain about their service. They are friendly, helpful and explains everything so good. They are only a bit loud at times but what us work without a bit of fun? I want to say thank you for making the stay a pleasure for me.

I want to thank dr Hennie Nel and all the day and night staff in ward 4 and the theatre staff for all their care and support on the 5th of October 2020. It is beautiful to hear how the staff has overcome all the Covid challenges and stayed committed to their calling to serve their patients with love and prayer. May God bless you all and may all the staff be happy and blessed serving at that Hospital.
