The service was super fast.

We went through the drive-thru and the woman at the collection point wasn't so presentable. Even my husband made a comment that her uniform is super dirty.
It does make you thing of the cleanliness of the staff and how they handle the food in the kitchen.

Cleanliness goes a long way guys...

Always use drive-thru these people put don’t respect us, cold chicken not even fresh, recently my chicken was not even well cooked.
Tired from work, at least a decent meal will do. Guys don’t bother with KFC Pretoria North drive-thru

I'm not happy with the service at the KFC Pretoria North.

Every time I request that there must be no white meat I always get it.

Please give what's requested by a client not what you feel like providing to the client.

Sometimes the chicken is still raw inside. Today we couldn't place an order online, even for pickup. When we drove there for instore purchase they had no chicken available.

Service was quick even though ques were long. Staff were not entirely happy about last minute changes to order. But everything was sorted out. Food was good. Limited parking. Drive through was busy at 19h00.

Sometimes they are very busy
And then they take more than 30 min to give you your food.

I ordered street wise 3 with a drink and dunked wings, but received street wise 2. When I went to lay a complaint I was met with EXTREMELY rude cashiers! This is not the first time I or others have received such sub par service. Very unprofessional and rude!
