Not the 1st time that my child was turned away because I didn't make an appointment, we've been using Dr Brink for over 5 years now and he's a very good doctor. I have a very serious problem with the receptionists they need to know that we don't plan to get sick, yesterday I took my son to the medical center and I was told that Dr Brink was on leave, I asked to see any doctor and I was told that all the doctors are fully booked which I don't understand and was told to book an appointment for the following day and my son was was vomiting.

This was not the 1st time they turned me away the last time they did I had to go sit in front of Dr Brink's room and when he gets out I had to tell him what happened and he had to go take my file at the reception.

What is the point of making an appointment by the baby clinic for my daughter to get her 12month injection if the clinic is going to make us wait an hour longer than we are supposed to? I might aswell just show up anytime and just wait in the same line I made an appointment for a specific time. Your time management is ridiculous

Wonderful Centre you can visit. Please visit them. Wonderful doctors and staff. Very humble and very much committed. Best service you can ever find

In December I was in a car accident and saw a doctor Hattingh. She sent me to have xrays done which I paid a fortune for and it was just printed on paper! Then she looked at them saying my neck was fine. Just gave me pain meds. Only after a week of still feeling terribly uncomfortable I saw a chiropractor and he told me that my xray, as bad as the quality was, showed how something shifted in my neck. The consultation was a joke, she wasn't even interested at all. When I told her I had pain breathing out she didn't even respond. She didn't take all my vitals and just basically wasn't interested. Will NEVER ever go to that place again. Second time we had the worst service there. If you really need a doctor think twice.

Today we went to see Dr. Angelique Hattingh for the 1st time. We had a wonderful experience. She is kind, calm and very welcoming. The staff at the reception were ok. I must say though I was intimidated by most things written in Afrikaans, especially at a reception I couldn't understand what was written there. I felt out of place. But Dr. Hattingh gave us an amazing treatment. I recommend her.

Service excellence and friendliness is not a strong suit. If you phone 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and have to hear that the computers are already off they can't make an appointment I ask myself the question do they really work there for your well being and how is that possible?! Bad attitude and no passion can be heard over a phone and puts you off immediately. Not asking proper questions. Assuming of what you want to ask or say. And being highly disrespectful. You need to talk to your reception staff because this is unacceptable service.

I was never ready for the racial prejudice we experienced at reception. They wouldn't help my child because they said he wasn't on the medical aid when it was written there in black and white. They made us wait and helped a white couple before us. If not for the excellent service received from the doctor I would mever set foot there ever again.
