Good meal, a little small, but satiating otherwise. Can be pricey but fun! Now for the bad part...I was there last week Wednesday. The (I presume) manager was upset with some of his workers and ridiculed them in exaggerated ways. As I went to pay, I could hear (and see) him yelling at somebody behind the scenes. I didn't know this was Hell's Kitchen as well. I don't really like drama when I go out to eat. I guess this is the norm in the area from what I've heard.
Please don't do this in front of customers.

As for Hospitality First class. The Waitress did not take long to give me my order. I recommend it, as one of the top Franchises in South Africa. You won't regret relaxing with your family there. Not forgetting to freshness of the food. I Rate it Category 1.

There's a fellow there who went the extra mile for me and a friend who'd visited you guys. He goes by the nametag of Thabiso, and he is a ball of positive, superb and out-of-this-world service-driven acumen.

Kindly relay our commendation to the fellow! You've got a gem in that employee!

Your deliciously prepared food doesn't need mention here: it's one of those OBVIOUSES that go and/or associate with your branch everytime I purchase therefrom. ????????

I ordered to collect and I was told to wait in the car,one of the staff members would bring my order to the car.I waited for over 20 minutes,then I decided to go inside and enquire,only to find that my order was ready.

The place is nice my only criticism or one thing that might cause me not to come back here is the restrooms, they are not user friendly, they are outside the outlet, and they look like the Nandos Brand, Nandos is a very huge franchise brand to can have such compromises that even a local restaurant in township would have more nicer facilities than Nandos. So only if they can fix the restrooms issues they it might get my 5 star ???? n I know for a fact I am not the only one with this concern cause people who were sitting next to me had the very same issue , however the staff is great and that's the only reason this place makes it to 3 stars simply because of the great service the staff gives
