The hotel is more than decent. It is good, extremely affordable (cheap one may say), the stuff is friendly, rooms are clean, water is hot, the AC is excellent, they serve nice English breakfast u0026 the security is good too.. The parking lot has too tight spaces tho(I wasn't a fan of that) ,, and the TV monitors could be improved (they're too small) .,but all in all its a good hotel. We were only passing through, so we stayed there for one night u0026 the experience was worth our while.

Very Poor service. Wont recommend for someone who is looking for a decent place to stay. No shower gel, or soap and requests not attended to. They would rather lie and not deliver. Zero house keeping. Called reception for shower gel and they promised to deliver three times. Waited till I decided to move somewhere else.

It's a good and safe place,closer to the Pretoria CBD, clean and friendly service. However the rooms are not sound insulated (the screams next door got me in my nerves ????????. I highly recommend the hotel for work and business travel. Rooms are clean, coffee and tea available

We made reservation and chose the option of paying at the facility. On our way we tried to call to let them know we are coming, but we didn't get through. On arrival we were told that the hotel is fully booked, which didn't makes sense because we didn't cancel our booking which was confirmed, we were not called or contacted before giving our secured space away. The guy at the reception said "I can give you my manager's number", which doesn't solve the problem at hand. We were told to wait 15 minutes and we were allocated a room which was scary. we only had one towel and 1 tissue that was almost finished, no shower gel or soap. We requested for towels but never received any. Breakfast ends at 10:30 but by 10:00 already the food was finished. I have been here before and enjoyed my stay but this time it was horrible.

The rooms were okay.
However there were cockroach's crawling around the window and sound the fridge.
The breakfast is buffet with a wide selection. Delicious as well.

The bed is not comfortable, their rooms are very cosy though,I love that they have coffee stuff in the rooms,the restaurant I was not happy they short stuff this results in us having to use the tables that have been used and not cleaned after

The sheets were dirty n used before, I took the picture and show it to Receptionist Bella. There's 2 of us, upon our arrival we got no soap, just 1 a small shower gel to use both of us in the evening and in the morning. I called Reception n complained, still they send 1 shower gel.
