This is a great little museum. Frans at the ticket office is wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately it is managed by a woman who should never be allowed to work in tourism. This is the third time that myself and my guests are being treated like criminals for visiting the museum. On Saturday we were being screamed at from afar, while walking to the ticket desk. Apparently madam was on a call and required us to check in with her first. Why?? Rude and disgusting behaviour once again. We are scrapping this place off our Pretoria Tour itinerary.

A interesting experience on golden days of a previous lifetime. Beautiful glas work of Belgium in the windows and old furniture

What an awesome experience. The museum is starting to show signs of wear and tear, but still gives you a clear picture of the kind of opulent lifestyles people lived back then. The massive tree in the front yard was a surprising bonus.
