Still, by far, the best pizza in town. I ordered a small sweet chilli chicken and tangy russian pizza with thin base to take away. The pizza was freshly prepared an very tasty. Definitely value for money. The personnel is friendly and I received the pizza in less than twenty minutes. There are a couple of chairs and tables should you prefer to sit down to devour the pizza.

On Monday I paid my pizza at Pearl Mkhatshwa. Her service was so bad. She was arrogant and not even friendly. She swiped my pizza twice without making me aware. I did noticed myself when I opened my online banking app. And that was while I was waiting for my order. When I approached her, asking what happened, she responded by telling me that I just threw my receipt in my hand bag without checking. Good people, how I was going to know without her telling me? That means she has a tendency of robbing customers knowing they won't noticed their transactions if they are swiping cards. Pearl, are you having shares with Romans Pizza Paul Kruger str?

Very poor service, the cashiers do not enlighten customers of existing promotions that are relevant to their orders, I was very disappointed to learn that my order was actually on promotion but I had to pay twice for the double extra topping because the cashier did not make me aware that I can actually get the cheapest topping for free.

I went to buy pizza but the gentleman who was at the cash counter was arrogant in his attitude. He seemed lke he is in the wrong place and was ready to attack the clients just because we were there to purchase. I am not sure what inspired his mood he got iritated by me asking details of the pizza i can get for the budget i have. I mean, I dont eat Pizza everyday and they change their prices and features very often.

I dont think i will go back there again. Also, The store is very untidy. I wouldnt dare buy and eat in that place. Badly maintained franchise i tell you

Didn't take that long for my order... Stuff was okay but can improve on small things like be present. Not to recite what they learned from training...
