The bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned for a long time I had to take showers with my sandals on. The rooms as a whole need major renovations. My safe's battery died and it took them forever to come help me get my items out of the safe. The dinner options are very minimum, I literally had only 3 options to choose from. Breakfast is not a buffet. Coffee was not included in the breakfast menu, I had to pay for that separately, which I find ridiculous.

Hotel is clean. Easily accessible.
Friendly reception
Food is good and up to standard
Rooms are upto standard

The only thing I was not happy with is the bathroom standard. They still use the olden bath tubs, the bath tubs are getting old that they are developing the black mould around them, and they have some yellowish stubborn stains,so you might even think that someone just used the tub and didn't clean it properly.
The toilet and basin is the same.

We slept in room that the roof in the bathroom was liking, and I'm sure the receptionist knew very well about that, he took advantage that we were 2young women and even asked if it was the first we book. I was no impressed at all, we couldn't bath properly cause the bathroom was a pool of water on the floor,

Staff Friendly,from Reception,to Bellhops,Met Emily and William at reception, what pleasure,Friendly,Great Human Relations,Helpful,Emily,answered the phone,while i was the reception,Emily was incredible on the phone to the customer,William brought the a bag trolley,had all items on trolley quickly and efficiently with a smile,five stars ???? to Emily and William.What a pleasure walking into the front sliding doors.

We had a time on the 20 Aug 22,the staff were so friendly bhuti Salis made sure everything is in place, the chefs were on it, delicious lamb stew cheers to the chefs although our menu was kind of mixed up instead of dumbling it was pap,.

Beautiful hotel with great scenery, friendly staff. The hotel rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Value for money

The service was great, enjoyed our stay, they just need to add more sugar for each room instead of only giving 4 sachets
