This was my first visit, so it was awesome inspiring for me. Security is tight as it should be. The processes ate strict which is understandable, and ensures no frustration. The records I requested were available. One was an incorrect file but they fetched the correct file very quickly.

One of the best site I ever been too before, thus it was of the educating field, much more convenient for one elevating his/her own intellectual and it also restores back the roots of who we are in an professional manner.

This was an excellent experience, from arrival at the main gate to obtaining the information. I had been wanting to find out about my grandparents' divorce for years and could not have had a better and speedier result. The attendant patiently explained the system, I was lucky to find the reference and the file was quickly delivered. On departure the person at the gate enquired as to whether I had been successful This is clearly a well run department with committed employees. Well done!

My son and I found records on my family tree that I had NO idea even existed and events I never knew transpired. The staff was very informative, kind, helpful amd understanding.

A very interesting place. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, from the parking area up to the room where the files are viewed. One complaint, it's extremely cold in the viewing room in Winter. Could have done with heating system.
