There's no racism there everyone is treated the same and the nurses are very kind so are the doctors, everything is done properly and with care. Free of charge you get treated well. I appreciate them so well

The nurses and the Dr who attended to me (Dr Moshidi) were sweet can't say the same about the head of the communications team Dr Poqo, very rude and aggressive.
Overall my experience at this particular hospital was horrible, it takes over 2 hours to be discharged and an over hour to be helped (no one prepares your file unless you constantly ask) otherwise you'll wait for 8 hours to be discharged, as Dr Poqo so rudely said to me after sarcastically thanking me for waiting for over two hours to be discharged.

Firstly I would like to tell my story as it is.
I was admitted on the 5th of June 2022 for elective c section on the 6th June 2022 when I got the there the nurses that were on shift that day they were very friendly and the place was very clean.
Okay straight to point, on the day of my c section the operation was very difficult coz I had to tie my tubes as well so the doctor who performed my operation on that day as well as the nurses that were in the theater room they were so helpful, and really helped me thru that process even though I was starting to loose hope but because of God, the doctors and the nurses that were there with me everything finally went well. Even at ward 4 the nurses are doing a very good job.
So thank you very much to Tshwane district hospital ❤️❤️

My aunt was suffering stomach pain and didn't get her medication in the dedicated time she went on friday waited hours and when they attended her. she told the dr she was suffering from stomach pain the dr after listening to her just looked at her and prescribed medication then she was told she should come back on Monday for her medication which by that time period she would encounter more problems on top of that the medication itself did the opposite of what it was supposed to do as my sister and I arranged Our aunt to see another doctor at a private clinic she was better looked after as they tested her with machines before that the dr could already diagnose what was the issue she had a infection the dr replied that the the medication u were previously prescribed to by the doctor that the medication she was prescribed was not doing anything and was faulty in combination with each other dr also said did she recall the name of the dr treating u before as dr said he should be reported. My aunt couldn't recall the name cause of the pain she felt.

Was admitted from the 5th -9th of July.Ward 7 sisters you are simply the best.The way you go around with your patients is sooo amazing keep up with the love, care and passion for your job.Thank you for everything and stay blessed????
